10 IA Cdo No. 5 Norwegian Troop Wounded 13/14 January 1945. Bernt Teodorsen Myrvåg escaped to Britain in 1941 where he volunteered for commando training. A Norwegian fisherman from Værlandet, an island in Askvoll Municipality in Sogn og Fjordane county, Norway, he took part in the unsuccessful attack on the German held island at Kapelsche veer which lies between the River Maas and the Oudemaas.
